We are members of several professional associations and local organizations as part of our belief that we need to give back to our community and to our industry.

Ohio Nursery and Landscape Association Phil and Dick Gooding both have served as Presidents of the statewide trade association. They continue to be active on committees. Dick received the "DISTINGUISHED CONTRIBUTION AWARD" in 2008. Phil received their "SERVICE AWARD" in 2010.

American Nursery & Landscape Association This national trade association represents the interests of firms involved in landscaping and nursery. Dick Gooding serves as their representative on the Council of Tree and Landscape Appraisers. The CTLA functions to define accepted methodology to evaluate and place a legitimate value on trees and landscaping especially when damage to the landscape has occurred. The committee produces the "guide to tree and landscape appraisal" which is directs professionals to prepare valid evaluations.
